  • (1888PressRelease) July 03, 2023 - The AmsEindShuttle service departs and arrives just 100 meters from the Terminal at Eindhoven Airport, and in Amsterdam, it stops near Central Station at De Ruijterkade 153. Luxury coaches are utilized for this service, ensuring a comfortable travel experience. Notably, the coaches of the AmsEindShuttle service run on climate-neutral HVO 100 fuel, highlighting their commitment to environmental sustainability.

The idea for this connection originated from the increasing demand voiced by airlines such as Ryanair and Wizzair, as well as from the personal experience of Gijs van den Broek, who faced the challenge of traveling from Eindhoven Airport without a driving license.

Existing public transport options and taxis proved to be expensive and time consuming.

In response, Gijs developed the AmsEindShuttle service to offer a more accessible and comfortable travel alternative.

Initially, the shuttle service will operate twice a day, strategically aligned with the peak times of arriving and departing flights at Eindhoven Airport. However, plans are already underway to expand the service if it gains popularity among travelers.
The primary target audience for the AmsEindShuttle service includes Dutch holidaymakers and foreign tourists flying to and from Eindhoven Airport.

Gijs van den Broek expressed his aspirations for the new shuttle service, saying, "Through this new shuttle, we also hope to offer a better alternative to the large and busy Schiphol Amsterdam Airport. We aim to make traveling to Eindhoven Airport easier and more comfortable."

Tickets for the AmsEindShuttle service can be purchased through their webshop at www.amseindshuttle.com. Additionally, Wizzair and Ryanair passengers have the option to buy tickets through an integrated purchase process when booking their airline tickets. A single ticket for the shuttle service costs 25 euros.
