All the reviews will be from personal experience and will be honest as I'm not tied or being offered endorsements by any manufacturer. Far too many sites and magazines are tied to or are being paid by various protein and other supplement manufacturers for favourable reviews. That's where we are different.
Over the years I have noticed that the quality of certain protein supplements has been improving. No longer are they all using artificial additives, flavourings and colourings. No longer are they using cheap fillers to bulk up the product or adding copious amounts of salt, sugar, corn syrup and worst of all trans fats. Of course there are some less scrupulous manufactures who still are and this is where this site helps. My recommendations focus on the quality of the ingredients first and foremost. Other factors such protein content, price, taste etc. are also looked at, but it is the quality of the ingredients that are most important.
Protein is vital for many of the body's functions, muscle building being one of them. It can be hard to get enough protein into the body by food alone (and expensive).
