    David F. Ratliff, M.D. is a General Orthopedic / Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon. He relocates here to Buffalo after completing his Medical Doctorate and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, NY. Dr. Ratliff completed his fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at The University of Pittsburgh, where he was involved with the care of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Pittsburgh Steelers.
