New Guinness Record By Alik Gershon, Former IchessU Team Member
GM Alik Gershon, a former member of the IchessU team, has set a new Guinness World Record for simultaneous chess games. He played against 523 chess players from all over the world, winning 454 games, losing 11 and drawing another 58.
- (1888PressRelease) November 18, 2010 - To seal the record, Gershon needed to win at least 80 percent of the chess games. Earlier such record belonged to the Iranian Grandmaster Mahjoob, set in August 2009.
