    The pan-Asian specialty venue offers a tantalising mix of Chinese, Japanese, Malay, Thai and Indian flavours across all courses, starting with a selection of Miso, Hot and Sour, Tom Yam and Seafood Laksa soups and continuing with a large selection of Sushi, Sashimi, Salads and a tasting Sampler of Starters.

    Signature items on the menu are Live Mud Crab and Live Lobster, cooked in a variety of styles including the Chef's Special, Classic Thai, Singapore Chili, Chinese Xo or Steamed with Ginger and Spring Onion - while additional highlights include Prawn and other Seafood main courses, Stir Fries, Thai and Indian Curries, Biryanis, Kebabs and Rogan Josh.

    According to General Manager of the Park Regis Kris Kin, Scott Butcher, the appointment of Chef Danny presented an opportunity to revamp the restaurant menu to reflect old favourites and new tastes to tempt guests.

    "With a background in five-star hotels and river cruise ships in China, as well as his recent experience at a Pan-Asian restaurant in Dubai, Chef Danny combines both knowledge of the market here and qualifications in authentic Oriental cuisine," he said.
