  • Bergen-Passaic, NJ (1888PressRelease) May 23, 2014 - Officially marking its move to Eisenhower Corporate Campus, Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker, L.L.C. (FRKB) transformed the property's Conference Center into a huge networking venue for the real estate industry. The law firm hosted a reception as a thank you to clients and contemporaries; and close to 300 owners, managers, brokers and investors came out to show support and network with enthusiastic guests.

"I joined this firm two decades ago, and I see so many of the same faces tonight that I saw then," noted Tracey Goldstein, Esq., partner of FRKB. Goldstein arranged the reception with the firm's founders and managing partners Larry Raiss, Esq., and Richard Kelin, Esq., as well as partners Ernest Booker, Esq., and Gary Gordon, Esq., who serves as the chair of the firm's litigation department.

"Our goal for the evening was to thank our clients and colleagues for their loyalty and commitment to our firm," Raiss added, "and we wanted our guests to have the opportunity to network. Based on the response, I feel we accomplished our goal."

Founded in 1991, FRKB provides legal counsel and representation to a broad spectrum of clients, including multi-family owners, property managers and institutional operators. Core practice areas include commercial real estate transactions, landlord/tenant law, commercial litigation, corporate law, housing discrimination, rent control, municipal matters and tax appeals, as well as family law and personal injury. In late winter, the law firm moved from West Orange to its new location in Livingston.

FRKB occupies 8,500 square feet on the main level across from The Conference Center at the south entrance to the campus. "We chose the property because it is truly spectacular, with terrific amenities, and the owners are very accommodating," noted Goldstein. "In addition to our beautiful offices, we now have immediate access to conference rooms and a 220-seat auditorium that gives us the opportunity to host events like this as well as our own educational seminars in the future."

Located at 290 West Mount Pleasant Ave., Eisenhower Corporate Campus offers convenient access to the area's extensive highway infrastructure, including Routes 280, 80 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. The office park also features a newly renovated lobby and a full-service cafeteria.
