A current member of ICF and American Management, she was also on the board of directors for San Diego Step. Serving 26 years with the US Navy, she retired as a senior chief petty officer. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Magna Cum Laude from Strayer University and is the author of a 2014 book, entitled 'Global Dimensions: Super 7 of Global Success'. In addition to her business earning a 2013 San Diego Award as an Outstanding Management Consultant and having been awarded as an Outstanding Speaker, Ms. Loving is also a decorated veteran.
