The move acknowledges the longtime contributions of new name partners Gregory K. Winslett and Christopher J. Moser, as well as the firm's steady growth and increasing capabilities.

    Founded in 1993 by three attorneys, the firm now has almost 50 lawyers and a client base that includes some of the nation's largest financial institutions, insurance providers and construction companies, as well as individuals and small to mid-size businesses.

He is a frequent lecturer on insurance law for State Bar of Texas seminars and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Winslett earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas

    Mr. Moser dedicates his practice to commercial and consumer bankruptcy matters, primarily in the representation of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees, as well as commercial and consumer debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases. Board Certified in both Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Moser serves as a Panel 7 trustee for the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division. He earned his law degree from the Mississippi College School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University.
