Music Choice returns to the UK on TalkTalk TV

The service will be available at the end of April 2013 with 10 commercial-free channels to start with. The additional 35 channels will be added in the near future.     Subscribers to TalkTalk TV, which delivers live and catch-up television over the internet using the YouView platform, will have access to 45 uninterrupted and commercial-free digital music audio channels across all key genres and eras.

    The specific channel line-up has been adapted to the taste of the local market with different genres including Rock, Pop, Blues, Urban, Jazz, World, and many more. Stingray Digital's programmers are based in many countries around the world, allowing for customization of programming to meet the listening preferences in different regions.

    The music is complemented by rich on-screen look with background images reflecting CD covers of the music played, complete with rotating background images, also displaying "title, track, artist" and "up next" information.
    A broadband player providing a simulcast of the linear channels over the internet, as well as a package of top music videos on demand from major artists will also be included in the package.

    Concert TV, the best in live music performances from top-notch artists comprising full-length concerts on VOD has already been made available to TalkTalk Plus TV subscribers at the end of March as part of the video on demand offering.
