MSM is in the process of developing Macquesten's new website, which will jumpstart the company's online presence, will include its extensive portfolio of housing complexes and company history. Ms. Rella Fogliano, the founder of Macquesten Development LLC, delved into the contracting world at 17-years-old when she began working part-time at her father's company. Upon his retirement in 1988, she overtook the company and formed Macquesten General Contracting, Inc., which continued the work with her father's previous clients. Due to the significant shortage of low-income housing, Fogliano focused most of her efforts in the Bronx, with Hughes Avenue Crescent as the first completed project in 1996.
She continued her efforts by forming Macquesten Development, LLC, and Macquesten Construction Management in 2003, both specializing in finance, design, and construction management for multifamily and mixed-use developments in the New York area. For more information, call: 914-667-7227.
