It is a destination for seamsters to rally and create -- a space to work on anything they can imagine! This sewing lounge offers classes, but even better, owner Bella Lofaso Brancato offers her expertise and support.

The Studio is the perfect way to meet new people, learn sewing techniques, and test drive the latest sewing machines. Bella's Studio's goal is to make sewing more accessible, let seamsters work with one another, and pass on the skills to the next generation of fashionistas and crafters.

Some Love
Join Lisa Handley, artist and owner of Plumeria Papercraft, for an afternoon of creativity! Learn how to handcraft 3 heart-themed notecard designs, a gift tag, and paper ornament. Enjoy the camaraderie and inspiration of your fellow crafters in this fun workshop. Just in time for Valentine's Day or for expressing love on any occasion!

Cost $40 - includes materials. Additional kits will be available for sale.

Bella's Quilted Heart Pillow Workshop - 6 students maximum
Nothing says love like something made by hand and from the heart. You will select your favorite pieces of fabric and stitch them together to form a lovely heart - a perfect expression of your creativity. This Quilted Heart Pillow project is perfect for all sewing levels, but especially for beginners who want to learn the basics of quilting & pillow-making.
Date & Time Saturday February 23rd (10 am to 2 pm)
Cost $65 - includes all materials to complete a 12"x12" pillow.

Sewing Machine Workshop by Eddie's Quilting Bee of Sunnyvale
Looking for a new sewing machine? Does yours need to be serviced? Sewing superstore, Eddie's Quilting Bee, in Sunnyvale will set up shop in Bella's Studio to showcase a selection of the latest sewing machines. Their team will also have a sewing machine repair service area set up in the studio.
Date & Time Thursday, March 7 thru Saturday, March 9 (hours to be announced)
Cost No cost to drop in. New machines and repairs will be priced at the studio

Bridal Trunk Show & Keepsake Workshop
Trunk Show ~ Bridal designer Meg Ryan will showcase her custom-design wedding gowns and vintage dresses she has modernized with contemporary touches. Meg will also share how she approaches her bridal design process.

Keepsake Workshop ~ Come revel in wedding bliss and creativity as you create one-of-a- kind bridal keepsakes. Designer Meg Ryan will be instructing this special class where you will make an heirloom memento to give as a gift or use on your own special day. Choose an embellished garter or unique ring pillow project. A variety of materials from lace to satin and various trims will be provided, and if you have any special materials that you want to incorporate, bring them and Meg will help you integrate them into your project.

Ongoing Lessons
PRIVATE LESSONS:
On the surface, sewing looks so easy, until you actually have to fire up the sewing machine and hope the machine functions. Private lessons focus on the student developing a secure understanding of how the process of sewing interrelates with all the varied components parts and steps necessary to complete a project.
Beginner Package: Includes 2 hours of private instruction with project materials and a Studio Punch Card
Cost: $160

OPEN STUDIO PUNCH CARD FOR PERSONAL PROJECTS
COST: $70.00 for 10-hour punch card (Maximum enrollment: 4 students per hour)
An open lab where you can bring any project to work on.
Bella's Studio Punch Card/Personal Projects is an open-lab where you can bring any project to work on and have full use of the Studio, machines and sewing notions. Recommended for those with some sewing experience. Must call to reserve a spot, as space is limited to 4 per hour.
