Topics that will be discussed are creating an RDM, general VM options, vApp options, VMware Tools and power management. MLT offers an array of Certified and Non-Certified VMware Training classes for $798/day.

VMware is a system of virtual servers that allows companies to store data more efficiently. The virtual machines provide a virtual set of hardware to the guest operating system. The host provides pass-through drivers for guest USB, serial, and parallel devices. The VMware virtual machines become highly portable between computers. The virtual OS is able to provide an assortment of options for the users.

From 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. MLT Technologies will be providing a PowerPoint presentation and live demonstration by certified technical instructor, Mike Vargo. The various VMware options and virtual machine settings will be discussed and attendees can ask questions they have. After the instructional attendees can participate in some networking and share experiences they have with VMware in an open discussion/networking setting. MLT will provide a scary lunch during that time as well.
