Russia's MICEX Settlement House reports it has completed its reorganization in the form of accession to it of National Depository Center. End Quote

(1888PressRelease) November 11, 2010 - MOSCOW - MICEX Settlement House (MICEX SH) shall notify on completion of the reorganization in the form of accession to it of "The National Depository Center" (Closed Joint Stock Company) (NDC).

On November 3, 2010 the data related to the reorganization of the MICEX SH (Principal State Registration Number 1027729132563; Registration Number assigned by the Bank of Russia 3294; Taxpayer Identification Number 7702165310; registered address: bldg 8, 1/13 Sredny Kislovsky pereulok, 125009 Moscow, Russia) in the form of accession to it of NDC (Principal State Registration Number 1097799013256; Taxpayer Identification Number 7703394070; registered address: bldg 4, 1/13 Sredny Kislovsky pereulok, Moscow, Russia) has been entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

After reorganization MICEX SH became NDC's universal successor with regard to its rights and obligations.

The registered address and the list of banking operations of MICEX SH after reorganization remain unchanged.
