Miami's Airport Financial Center Completes Seven Office Leases Totaling 21,800 Square Feet

  • Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) May 23, 2013 - Airport Financial Center, a 10-story, 105,041 square foot office building located just north of Miami International Airport, has finalized seven leases totaling 21,800 square feet, including agreements with two new users and four existing tenants. The largest transaction was a 10,500 square foot lease renewal with The Miami Association of Realtors (RAMB). The building's newest tenants will be AFSCME, the nation's largest and fastest-growing public services employees union, and Exakt US LLC, a Miami-based general contractor. They will occupy a combined 7,068 square feet of space. Meanwhile, Cikel America, the Bolivian Consulate, the law firm of Charles M. Jones, PA, and the Eastern Airlines Retirees Association have all renewed their leases. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.

    Danet Linares, Juan Ruiz and Andres del Corral of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, exclusive leasing agent for Airport Financial Center, represented landlord AFC Investments, LLC in the transactions while Barbara Liberatore Black of Cresa South Florida represented RAMB. The other leases did not involve co-brokers.
