Each store within the booming retail strip will feature a unique Christmas theme adorned with ornamental displays and signs fitting their Night before Christmas, Santa Claus, and ultra-modern Christmas Angels themes. Some stores will feature holiday sale banners showcasing holiday discounts and sale events, while other stores will showcase their designer outfits and latest fashions intended to inspire shoppers. A majority of retail stores will feature elegant Merry Christmas Banners draped across the entrances, and holiday window clings featuring iconic Christmas images of Santa Claus, Christmas bulbs, snowflakes, and Christmas themed sale signs. Nancy Phillips, owner of Bella Donna Designs, decided to use a variety of Signazon signage for her storefront. Bella Donna Designs decided to create a white a blue winter wonderland by covering their store windows with elaborate snowflakes and words that appeared to be made of snow, using clear window clings. They opted to hang a Happy Holidays banners above their store entrance keeping their elegant white Christmas theme throughout the inside and outside of their store.

Many of the loft residents also chose to join in the Christmas festivities with custom Merry Christmas signs, elaborate Christmas light displays, and festive Christmas banners hanging from their balconies. Early Monday, residents joined in the decorating festivities by hanging personalized Christmas signs and banners with custom holiday messages showing the community support during the holidays. Holiday banners were also hung along the streets offering seasonal best wishes and announcing the variety of holiday celebrations that will be taking place in the area.
