Merigold Gains Board Appointments With AeroVironment, NACD-Colorado
Colorado venture capital veteran Catharine Merigold has joined the boards of both Monrovia, Calif.-based AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) and the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Merigold founded Boulder's Vista Ventures in 2000 after a successful career that spanned a variety of management and investing experience ranging from Hewlett-Packard and US West to the University Technology Corp. and Centennial Ventures. She earned an electrical engineering degree from the University of Washington in St. Louis, and an MBA from Stanford University.
