    About Meghan Morgan
    Meghan Morgan focuses her practice on toxic tort litigation, product liability litigation, and business litigation. She also provides regulatory compliance advice to clients on environmental and occupational safety standards. Prior to joining Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney, Meghan served as a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. She has represented state agencies and officials in a broad range of civil litigation, including the defense of legal challenges to state regulations and decisions of state administrative agencies. Meghan has prepared and argued cases in front of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Superior Courts throughout the Commonwealth.

    Meghan is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and received her law degree from Boston College Law School with a concentration in Land Use and Environmental Law.
