    Matt joined FW Cook in 2012 and works out of the Firm’s Houston office. His client assignments have been with companies across a wide array of industries and within various stages of the business cycle. He has experience in aligning companies’ incentive plans with their long-term strategy, advising on total compensation structures, comparing pay and performance, and conducting shareholder outreach.

    Matt is an author and contributor to the firm’s technical papers and studies and is a speaker on executive compensation issues.

    Previously, Matt was employed as an executive compensation consultant with Cogent Compensation Partners. Matt holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
