  • Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) September 20, 2019 - Matrix New World Engineering (Matrix) announced plans to expand its Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) expertise within its Ecology group, welcoming Senior Project Manager Kimberly Threlfall. Ms. Threlfall brings her extensive experience with environmental projects to the firm, enabling Matrix to grow its already successful Ecology Services group.

    Ms. Threlfall is a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED AP, specializing in the development, management, review, and coordination of multidisciplinary projects that focus on compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). She has managed all project stages, including adherence to NEPA, New York State Environmental Quality Review (SEQRA), New York City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR), and Connecticut Environmental Policy Act (CEPA).
