  • Houston, TX (1888PressRelease) January 08, 2014 - SuperiorReview, a national provider of review management, consulting and attorney staffing and placement services, today announced that Margaret Goodsole has joined the firm.

A 2003 graduate of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, Maggie was a member of the Brandeis Law Journal, served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, was the recipient of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys Award, and participated in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition at Pace University, where she won an award for Best Oralist. Thereafter, she joined Hectus & Strause PLLC and later established the Goodsole Law Office, PLLC. She also enjoyed challenging roles as a contract attorney with JB Hines Law Office; Schwager, Phillips & Cunningham, PLLC, and the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.

In her role as E-Discovery Consultant with SuperiorReview, Margaret will assist large corporations and law firms involved in global litigation in their efforts to develop practical, cost-effective discovery management initiatives.

"We're very excited to welcome Maggie to SuperiorReview," said Joe Valenzuela, President. "Her experience as a litigator, coupled with her understanding of strategic discovery management techniques, will be a valuable asset to our clients."

Goodsole commented on the evolution of discovery, noting the impact that technologies have had on traditional methods. "Today, litigation and discovery are now almost entirely concerned with the collection, analysis and management of electronic files - a process which necessitates a variety of sophisticated applications and methodologies. The volume and complexity of data that must be managed can quickly become overwhelming. Organizations need a proactive and scalable approach to discovery management, and a strong partner to assist with both strategy and implementation. SuperiorReview has a long track record of success, and I'm very excited to be joining the team."
