    With more than 35 years of experience buying and selling property for his company's department stores, Mr. Escava has a keen understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions. This experience led him to join Madison Title Agency in 2005, where he became responsible for a significant roster of prominent clients. During his time with Madison Title, he handled complex building transactions valued in excess of $375 million. Mr. Escava is well-versed in both residential and commercial title insurance and is known for his extensive follow-up in bringing deals to closing. After a brief hiatus, he has returned to Madison, rejoining the company's team of top title specialists, which includes Laurie Sasson and Mark Faham.
