Location Matters facilitates third location lease for Prep Kitchen, in San Diego's Little Italy
Joining the La Jolla and Del Mar locations, Prep Kitchen Little Italy (PKLI) will be the first of the three to boast a full liquor license.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) August 10, 2011 - Location Matters, Inc., a full service Retail Commercial Real Estate Brokerage with a specialized restaurant leasing and development team, helped to close the lease for La Jolla-based Prep Kitchen, on June 23rd, as the restaurant group's third San Diego location.
With two other restaurants already serving San Diego County, Prep Kitchen is expanding to 1660 India Street, in a 4,996 sq. ft. space.
Since first opening its doors, Prep Kitchen has grown into a quintessential neighborhood spot serving great seasonal comfort food in a relaxed environment. It's sister restaurant, Whisknladle is located in La Jolla and makes four restaurants under the Whisknladle Hospitality, LLC name.
The total consideration for the lease came to $1,375,665.
Whisknladle Hospitality, LLC was the lessee with 1660 India Street, LLC being the lessor in the transaction. Mike Spilky of Location Matters represented the Tenant. The lease is a 10 year lease term.
