 Local Fitness Coach Will Donate Canned Foods From Free Fitness boot camp To 365 Food Drive.

 The South Florida fitness boot camp has classes weekdays for people that want a little bit more out of their workout, but every Saturday from now until Thanksgiving they will be offering a free class in the morning. The only requirement is that you bring a food donation that will be collected and donated to the 365 Food Drive in Broward.The class will be for 45 minutes and is for beginers and advanced boot campers. "Thanksgiving is not only a time to be grateful for what you have but grateful for the ability to help others" said Moret Bootcamp workouts are very popular right now and with the upcoming holiday, mixing a free workout with a food donation to help others is the way to go.
