    TWSA, the Transparent Watercolor Society of America, will hold its 39th Annual National Juried Exhibition from May 2 through August 2, 2015 at the Kenosha Public Museum.

    The always popular exhibit features eighty paintings from some of the country's top transparent watercolor artists. The wide range of themes include abstracts, portraits, landscapes, city scenes and more.

    2015 Gallery Talks by TWSA members, Sundays, May 17, June 7, July 26, 2015; 2pm Join members of the Transparent Watercolor Society of America in the exhibit as they explain the process of creating transparent watercolor paintings. Meet some of the artists as they present gallery talks at 2pm Sundays May 17, June 7 and July 26.

    The Transparent Watercolor Society of America will once again display a variety of watercolors from artists from across the country. Requirements of paintings by TWSA members were: Transparent watercolor applied in a transparent manner on single sheet of 100% rag or cotton paper, free of pigment and/or embedded materials. Use of any pencil only for planning marks. Framed size will not exceed 50" in either direction. Minimum image size (mat opening) of 8"x10".
