As the only labor and employment firm to earn such high rankings in the diversity categories, Littler received the following accolades: #2 in Overall Diversity, #2 in Diversity for Minorities and #2 in Diversity for Women. Littler also ranked #4 in LGBT Diversity. The diversity recognition from Vault comes shortly after the firm also earned number two spots in two substantive areas of recognition: the overall Labor and Employment and Labor and Employment Disputes categories.
