Littler regularly hosts events in conjunction with its affinity groups to explore issues of inclusion. Additionally, the firm's Women's Leadership Initiative assists its female workforce in achieving career goals and balancing work and family life and its LGBT Subcommittee promotes awareness, inclusion and visibility regarding LGBT issues both inside and outside the firm.
