The new tenants include pet products retailer Choice Pet Supply (2,500 square feet) and tax services provider H&R Block (800 square feet).

    Levin's leasing representative Jake Frantzman negotiated the transactions. David Lucas of Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate Inc. represented Choice Pet Supply; Robert Reinhardt of Reinhardt, Becker, Ford & Associates LLC represented H&R Block.
