Chandan, president and chief economist for Chandan Economics and adjunct professor at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, will present his much-anticipated annual update on the commercial real estate industry. Well known in the commercial real estate industry for his insight and keen knowledge of fiscal policy and capital and credit markets - as well as the relationship between the economy, regulation and market performance - Chandan's presentation each year marks a compelling culmination to the conference. Previously the global chief economist at Real Capital Analytics, he is also the editor and co-author of Real Estate Finance, a columnist for the New York Observer and GlobeSt.com and co-host of the Real Estate Hour on SiriusXM Business Radio. Chandan holds a Ph.D. in applied economics from Wharton and was a doctoral scholar in the economics department at Princeton University.
