DrHalperin has been Chief of Orthopedics at Lucerne Hospital. He has served on the Executive Committees of the Orange County Medical Society and the Florida Orthopedic Society. DrHalperin recently completed a term as Chairman of the Academy's Advocacy Resource Committee. In that position he helped to stage the Freshman Congressional Healthcare briefings in early 2013.
