    Turkish Thyme Cooking School opened this month and was conceived by Reyhan Yesilnacar who is a 1st generation Australian of Bulgarian Turkish parents. Her diverse cultural background along side her husbands origin of South East Anatolia has strongly influenced the choice of ingredients and style in which she creates mouth watering traditional or Turkish influenced cuisine.

    There is a real difference between Turkish Thyme Cooking School and most others you'll find in the market place.

    Turkish Thyme offers:

    1. 1 on 1 classes. No groups so you have detailed tutoring
    2. Hand on classes, so you get to cook, not watch some one else cook
    3. Classes run for 2.5 hours on a Sunday from St Kilda
