Each ingredient has been very carefully selected from this region and the dishes are cooked using traditional recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

    The menu, carefully crafted by Chef R Joseph, would offer an extensive array of signature dishes. Vegetarians can choose from dishes such as Alasanda Garelu (Famous deep fried black eyed pea mini dumplings served with coconut chutney), Mokkajonna Vadalu (Coarsely grounded American corn blended with light masala and fried), Vulavacharu (A popular delicious dish made from horse gram of unique taste) and Vankai Pachanagapappu (Thick strips of country brinjal cooked with split chick peas and tomatoes).
