Kent Supreme Self Storage Now Open in Kent, WA
A new high-end storage business featuring self-storage and RV storage recently opened in Kent, Washington.
- Seattle-Bellevue-Everett, WA (1888PressRelease) June 28, 2019 - Kent Supreme Self Storage, a new storage facility in Kent, Washington, has announced that it is officially open for business. The facility is located at 25301 Pacific Hwy S (SR 99), which is just south of S 252nd St in Kent.
Jackson | Main Architecture of Seattle designed the self-storage facility, which features 708 units totaling 78,075 sq. ft. of rentable storage space. The facility offers 657 indoor heated storage units in a range of sizes from as small as 5 ft x 5 ft all the way up to 10 ft x 30 ft. They also offer 51 RV and boat storage slips in 10 ft x 20 ft and 12 ft x 30 ft sizes. Amenities include advanced security measures such as 24-hour video surveillance and digital pin code access, covered loading/unloading area, wide, well-lit hallways and aisles, and a retail moving supplies store offering boxes and packing materials. The facility is also scheduled to be a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, meaning it will have moving trucks available to reserve. Office hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Sunday.
The self-storage facility was developed by Seattle-based CPSG Self Storage Facility XI, LLC. They are also the owners of the property. West Coast Self-Storage Group is managing the storage operation for the ownership group.
