Morganstern, who has more than 18 years in the financial services industry, will focus on expanding Keep Clearing's market in financial analytical software for lenders and portfolio managers.     Morganstern has been chief operating officer, chief credit officer and the executive director of a $1 billion community bank and was a manager in the world financial institutions group at what was then the U.S. seventh largest bank. "He comprehends the business and lending risks financial institutions are facing, as well as the challenges we are presented with today," said Boyd.

    Morganstern graduated from Arizona State University and has an MBA from the Cal State Northridge. A southern California resident for over 20 years, Morganstern has worked for Pacifica National Bank, Valley Bank, and Alliant Bank.
