    About Kathleen O'Donnell Wyatt
    Kate Wyatt is a trial attorney who handles companies’ products liability litigation, toxic tort litigation, construction defect litigation, premises litigation and business litigation in state and federal courts. Kate prides herself on representing companies that range from the Fortune 100 to small family owned companies, and devising solutions for litigation avoidance.
