    Ms. Julie M. Carey is a Director and energy economist with NERA and an Adjunct Professor of Energy Economics at Georgetown University. She provides expert services within energy and transportation related commercial and regulatory disputes, including within international arbitrations. She has more than 20 years of experience addressing economic issues in oil and gas, power, coal, renewables, pipelines, and railroads sectors.
