    Abstract
Although it is still a relatively new feature of the legal industry, commercial litigation funding continues to grow within the United States and globally. Third-party funding has become a popular and effective tool used by legal firms and corporate counsel to manage risk when dealing with commercial disputes, whether in court or in arbitration. As the industry continues to grow, it becomes more sophisticated, offering more tailored and novel solutions to the problem of managing litigation risk. But it also continues to raise important questions for attorneys and corporate counsel alike. It is rapidly becoming imperative that law firms and in-house legal counsel familiarize themselves with these developments in order to advise clients on the use of litigation funding.

Listen as key thought leaders and practitioners assembled by The Knowledge Group provide the audience with an in-depth understanding of the possible developments in litigation funding and their future implications for the legal system. Speakers will identify key issues for funders, lawyers, and claimants alike, and explain emerging trends within the industry. They will also present best practices in leveraging litigation finance in this evolving legal climate.
