Webb, Senior Advisor to Shanahan Law Group, to the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. Judge Webb will serve a three year term on the Commission.     Established in 1995, the Dispute Resolution Commission concentrates primarily on certifying and regulating private mediators who serve the courts of North Carolina. In addition to these duties, the Commission recommends dispute resolution policy, rules, and revisions; provides support to court-based mediation programs; certifies mediation training programs, and assists other State agencies with providing dispute resolution services to their communities. The successful work of mediators appointed by the Commission benefits disputing parties, North Carolina courts, and taxpayers alike.

    In his role as a Senior Advisor to Shanahan Law Group, Judge Webb concentrates his work on employment issues and helps shape and review litigation strategy for the firm.
