Out of 6,700 platforms, 30% have been in operation for more than 20 years and many of these are operating beyond their original design. The Best Practice of Reliability Asset Management Process (RAMP) is aim to help the engineers to make sure an asset can perform its required function effectively and safely.
The program is designed to educate (certify) those whose responsibility it is to engineer manufacturing systems, sub-systems and components to deliver a safe and reliable process- and quality product at specific rates- for a specified run-length; and to transfer best-practices to Operations, Maintenance and Technical Inspection Stakeholders (Asset Management Team) for high equipment reliability, high process availability and low cost/risk management.
The trainer is Mr EJ Lister who is the developer of Asset & Reliability Model and has rich experience in the field. He is also the Author of Successful Change Management. The materials used in this Lecture Series or Workshop have been develop and updated over many years, and proven numerous times through implementation, practice, measurement and continuous improvement, saving companies millions of dollars in lost production, repairs and most importantly, reducing risk and increasing safety.
