  • Bergen-Passaic, NJ (1888PressRelease) August 03, 2012 - Teaneck, NJ - On July 20, seemingly against all odds, Jay Watts mixtape "King", a Myles William production, was released. The mixtape is currently available on DATPIFF.com. http://www.datpiff.com/Jay-Watts-Jay-Wattsking-mixtape.37530l.

Fueled by the findings of a cancerous mass on his kidney Jay Watts contacted New York City producer, Myles William, and set up a session to record his entire mixtape. Myles said, "I was upset to hear about what was going on with Jay Watts. Its not right when you hear about a 19 year old with a serious health issue like this, but I knew how badly Jay Watts wanted to get to work and I believe in his talent".

During their first session Jay Watts flawlessly recorded 10 of the 14 tracks. "He was on fire. You could feel his determination in every line," recalled Myles William. Production was put on hold while Jay Watts successfully underwent treatment for cancer and recovered. Then Jay Watts and Myles William quickly got back to work. "This mixtape definitely brought us together as a team" stated Myles William.

Jay Watts describes his mixtape "King" as a good variety of Hip Hop, from club songs to songs for the ladies. "I wanted there to be something for everyone on this mixtape" stated Jay Watts.

The "King" mixtape includes a features with The Phantom Boyz, Junious JS Sampson aka Vin Deez as well Haze PO and three singles produced by Myles.William, "Millionaire Club", "Shoutout To My Ex" and "We Run It".

In addition to the mixtape Jay Watts released the "Millionaire Club" music video, shot, directed and edited by Sean Newman with the help of the Evo Music Group team, Anonymous X and Joe Chiellini. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7ZMlNagD1E
