James M. Boyers is a partner at Indianapolis based Wooden & McLaughlin LLP. His trial and appellate practice has a substantial focus on product liability and mass torts involving medical devices. His mass tort work has included dealing with a wide range of E-Discovery issues including European Data Privacy, Production Protocols and Managing Document Reviews. Jim recently passed the four hour examination for the Association of Certified Electronic Discovery Specialists (ACEDS).
