InviteSpeakers is a FREE, collaborative, online community that connects professional speakers and subject matter specialists with Professional Organizations, Chambers of Commerce, and other Meeting Planners who are seeking professional speakers for meetings and conferences. Invite Speakers is currently accepting a few more Beta testers to improve and test new modules that will be released in the coming months.
InviteSpeakers utilizes an online tool that automates the time consuming and labor intensive task of gathering and managing speaker information for events. Managers and planners can share speaker recommendations via confidential, internal messaging, and help each other to find speakers who are both qualified and a match for their organizations and events. Membership is FREE for organizations and speakers, but is by invitation only for speakers. If an event manager or meeting professional member approves a speaker for entry to InviteSpeakers, the speaker is eligible to create a searchable listing in a database shared by other InviteSpeakers event managers.
The company plans to add many new features and capabilities in the near future.
