International Development Centre Foundation (IDC Foundation) along with Grass Roots Research and Creation India (P) Ltd. (GRC India (P) Ltd.), Ministry of Science & Technology, Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi (SPA) and International Roma Cultural University (Serbia) are co-organising a "National Conference on De- polluting Indian Cities" at India International Centre, Max Mueller Marg, New Delhi-110003 on Sep 18-19th, 2015.

As pollution is one of the most critical problems faced by the population and it is a challenge for the governments as well. We in this conference are focusing on increasing pollution in Indian Cities. Environmental degradation is one of the root causes of degrading the well being and livelihood of the communities around. Governments will have to enhance the awareness, make new stringent policies and regulations and an action oriented approach in the process of maintaining the ecological balance in the country. It is the responsibility of capable citizens of the nation to enhance the livelihood, awareness and ecological development. We as responsible corporate citizens can do wonders in enhancing the socio ecological development of communities around. This would be a great value addition for the organization as well as for the community to enhance their environmental awareness and mitigation measures for various environmental negative impacts.
