Intertext makes the transition to the new ISO 9001: 2015 standard and it is re-certified to ISO 17100 standard for translation services

    In order to receive such certificates, Intertext has undergone rigorous controls to certify its compliance with the requirements of the standard. The elements evaluated were its products and services, communication with its customers, proper management of processes and activities of preproduction and postproduction, qualification of resources and fulfilment of the minimum competences in terms of social capital, among other things.

    The new ISO 9001: 2015 places emphasis on defining the company as an entity that, as part of its quality system, must pay attention to the context in which it moves and in which it must analyse and take into account its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the needs of all parties involved.
