    Each show in the series will feature talented guests, an eclectic repertoire, and engage audiences through Frangoulis' charismatic live performing, backing vocals by an international and talented vocal ensemble, "Women of the World," from Italy, Japan, India and the United States, and a world-class group of musicians from all over the world, including Martin Zarzar of the famed "Pink Martini."

    Selections from his live performance of "Beautiful Things" are highlighted in a public television pledge special which began airing across the US and Canada in November, 2012: Mario Frangoulis LIVE With The Boston Pops. Frangoulis' new "Beautiful Things" CD, DVD and tickets to these performances are offered as pledge gifts, through public television stations, and on Ticketmaster. The CD features duets with Vanessa Williams, "Liza Minelli of Greece" Alkistis Protopsalti, and Italian tenor Vittorio Grigolo.

    The WGBH television special presents Frangoulis' live performance at Boston Symphony Hall with Keith Lockhart conducting the Boston Pops. Included are compositions by David Foster & Andrea Bocelli, Stephan Moccio, Steve Wood and Robin Gibb, as well as songs Frangoulis himself made famous, like "Vincero, Perdero," and "Here's To The Heroes," from his two international Classical Crossover albums, Sometimes I Dream and Follow Your Heart, both fixtures on Billboard's Classical Crossover charts.
