IREX presented investment opportunities in high end Residential, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure etc. Leading Indian and international companies involved in community and master development, high rise buildings, premium residential towers, office towers, hotel and leisure facilities, retail outlets showcased their latest projects.
- (1888PressRelease) December 23, 2015 - New Delhi : 1st Edition of International Real Estate Expo (IREX) 2015 successfully held in New Delhi.
The first edition of International Real Estate Expo (IREX) successfully concluded in New Delhi yesterday. The show drew tremendous response from the visitors who could meet participating real estate developers and investment firms fr0m US, UK, UAE, Australia, Cyprus, Greece, Sri Lanka etc. The show was inaugurated by Lord Meghnad Desai, Member of House of Lords, British Parliament and well known economist.
IREX is the first of its kind international real estate show to be held in India. The first edition presented real estate investment opportunities for high net worth individuals who are looking to invest in high-end properties in India and abroad. International real estate companies like Damac Properties, Emaar Properties, Sotheby's International Realty, Trafalgar Properties, R.P. Global, Herald Land, Aristo Developers, Sumo Global, Silver Properties, Ray White etc. participated in the show. The show also had participation from Indian luxury developers like Mahindra Lifespaces, Tata Housing, DLF, Raheja Universal, Jaypee Greens, Vatika, Lavasa etc.
Real Estate Investment opportunities in US, Canada, UK, Europe, UAE, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand were showcased at the show.
Some of the companies from UK and US offered unique investment options. While Herald Land and Best Offshore Solutions from UK were offering Airport Parking Spaces and Student Accommodation as investment opportunity, InvestUS from US, Aristo Developers and Korantina Homes from Cyprus offered novel concept of overseas real estate investment combined with citizenship. Shangri-La Hotels from Sri Lanka were offering luxury residences in the picturesque city of Galle in Sri Lanka.

In line to make the entire platform an experiential international real estate avenue for India, IREX 2015 showcased three top-notch designers labels like Gauri Khan Designs, Raseel Gujral Ansal's Casa Paradox and Meera and Muzaffar Ali's House of Kotwara. The trio showcased custom designed interior spaces at the first edition of IREX with a view to make both buyers and developers aware of the importance of stylish and designer inspired living spaces.
Ms. Gauri Khan was the Chief Guest at the VIP Reception of IREX. While speaking about her interior design company's participation in IREX, Ms. Gauri Khan said, "The globe-trotting Indian today lives in a boundary free world, living and working in all the seven continents. Long tenures overseas, both for pleasure and work, makes holiday homes in exotic destination a way of life. I very warmly welcome the first edition of IREX, the one platform to discover high quality residences across the globe. Coinciding with the show, IREX Investment Forum was organised which dwelt on various issues of international real estate investment in India. Real Estate experts from Knight Frank India, Sotheby's International Realty and Sumo Global presented and analysed various potential investment destinations and prospects.
The next edition of International Real Estate Expo (IREX 2016) will be held from 7th to 9th October, 2016 at Ashok Convention Hall, Ashok Hotel, New Delhi.
