    Since it's inception as a simple blog in September 2011, CampusFit has quickly exploded onto the national scene with a high profile USAToday feature that chronicles their rise. Co-founder and CEO, Jeremy Shih, points out, "we've got big hearts and even bigger dreams and projects. Fortunately, we're not only fueled by our own passion but also the enthusiasm college students across the nation who have expressed their desire to lead a healthier lifestyle."

    In order to provide a comprehensive, college fitness lifestyle, Jeremy and CampusFit vice president, Andrew Morstein, knew that they would need a workout system that would be manageable within a dorm room setting, across beautiful campuses, with minimal equipment and gym access. Through Matt Myers, a mutual CampusFit friend, they discovered MovNat.

    With a philosophy that espouses real-world physical competency based on natural human movement skills, MovNat turned out to be the perfect fitness system for college students. Co-founder, Caroline Weeks, mentions that "fitness should be fun and fresh.     Though it's a great union between two organizations, the true benefit of this partnership will be reaped by college students.     CampusFit's Fall 2012 launch of their new website will feature the exciting projects of the MovNat partnership. In addition to effective MovNat training, the site will be the number one resource for fitness in college.
