  • (1888PressRelease) October 21, 2013 - Singapore - IAHG [International Advanced Healing Group], the Singapore-based wound management technology group, along with its wholly owned US based subsidiary AHI (Advanced Health Institute) has announced that it will not be seeking a listing for its common stock on a public exchange before the end of 2013.

The announcement is intended to end speculation that a recent application for an ISIN (International Securities Identification Number) is an indication of a forthcoming initial public offering.

International Advanced Healing Group's Peter Schilling said, "IAHG remains focused on the further proliferation of our flagship HOOP software platform product throughout our target markets in the Asia Pacific regions and the completion of the Lilson Health Technologies integration and re-branding under the name of our subsidiary, Advanced Health Institute."

Lilson Health Technologies announced on September 12th, 2013 that it would begin operating under the trade name, AHI (Advanced Health Institute) which it believed would better reflect the company's growth and its growing capabilities.

"While IAHG has an obligation to maximize shareholder value, our over-riding priority is to ensure market penetration and profitability of the caliber that makes the most compelling case to those who might consider taking up an offering in the event the company decides to seek a public listing," Mr. Schilling concluded.

IAHG cannot comment on speculation as to the possibility that it will seek a public listing in 2014.

HOOP is an internet-based, cloud-enabled wound management system which, as well as being compatible with all desktop and mobile devices equipped with a browser, also complies with strict rules governing the protection of privacy of patient information in the US, Europe and several Asian jurisdictions. It delivers wound management reports, patient care plans and solutions while recording time savings on procedures and administration thereby freeing time for healthcare professionals to spend more time interacting with patients.
