Industry West Partnership with Serax Embraces New Design
A departure from furniture, this new collection will offer products from the Belgian design firm.
- Jacksonville, FL (1888PressRelease) February 05, 2018 - Industry West, designer and manufacturer of mid-century modern furniture, has partnered with Serax, the Belgian interior goods studio. Featuring a wide selection of products including pottery, tableware, furniture and other interior accent items, the Serax collection became available for sale in early January 2018. This latest partnership is yet another move to highlight new design ideas from across the world by choosing to work with up and coming designers.
Serax is the brainchild of brothers Serge and Axel Van den Bossche. The two took over their mother’s business, and started producing a series of flower pots in 1986. Jumping to today, Serax has expanded their offerings to include luxury interior accent pieces and high-quality tableware among other products.
Axel Van den Bossche and cousin Frank Lambert now look over Serax, with Axel’s wife, Marie Michielssen, as the studio’s in-house designer. The company works with leading designers from Belgium and throughout the globe, including Marie Michielssen, Roel Vandebeek, and many more.
