Industry Veteran Damien Rispoli Joins Durante Rentals Management Team

In his new role, Damien will be managing and developing Durante Rentals newest location opening in March of 2016.

Rispoli joins Durante Rentals with over 20-plus years of industry experience in rentals, sales, training and operational capacities. He has held various positions with major equipment dealerships and manufacturers including Operations Manager, Sales Representative and Territory Manager.
Rispoli's vast knowledge of the construction industry stems from his upbringing in a diverse family business which encompassed a wide range of industries including hardware, auto parts and repair, lawn and garden equipment, contractor and industrial supply and tool rentals.
"One day as a young boy working the family business, I told my dad I wanted to be the boss. He handed me a broom and told me if I wanted to be the boss I'd have to learn how to sweep the floor first. This fatherly advice encouraged me to learn all facets of the business, from the bottom up.
