  • Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) June 05, 2012 - Chicago-area native Linda Lamberson will appear at the Chicago Tribune's Printer's Row Lit Fest on Sunday, June 10 at 4 p.m. with the Chicago Writers Association. Lamberson's debut book, Borrowed Heart: Book One of the Evie Sanders Series, was recently named a finalist in the romance category by the prestigious NIEA - The National Indie Excellence Book Awards. This book is the first in the author's paranormal romance series. It is currently available at, in both Kindle and paperback editions, and on iBook and Nook .

    Inspiration guided Linda Lamberson to begin writing. In her series, Lamberson explores the question of whether love can thrive in the wake of tragedy. Borrowed Heart answers this question as the main character fights to find a way to be with her true soul mate while coming to terms with her own unpredictable journey between life, death, and immortality.

    About the Author:
    A native of Wilmette, Linda Lamberson moved to the city after graduating from Indiana University in Bloomington. Lamberson received her Master's Degree in Social Service Administration and her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Chicago. After working at the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery, Lamberson took time off to raise her family and pursue other interests. She is completing the third installment of Evie Sanders' story, which she plans to publish as well, and expects to continue the series.
