(1888PressRelease) February 09, 2011 - Gym members and the general public are welcome to participate in the event from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at In-Shape Sport, Pittsburg located at 4300 Delta Gateway Boulevard and In-Shape Sport, Modesto located at 2700 McHenry Ave.

"This was a fantastic event when we held it in Concord! We had members go two and three times to try and out-do one another, and the competition was fun for onlookers too. I can't wait for the events in Pittsburg and Modesto," said Jason Seymore, District Manager, In-Shape Sport in Concord.

I often come across trainers and gym members that are looking for an effective cardio tool aside from your standard treadmill run.
